- 1 Slice rye bread (100%)
- 125g Mushrooms
- 75g Mozzarella cheese
Toast rye bread. Cut mushrooms & stir fry in a small amount of olive oil until tender, add spices according to taste.
Mozzarella cheese may be sliced or grated. Place half of the cheese on the bread, followed by mushrooms and top with remaining cheese. Place under the grill until cheese has melted.
The mushrooms can be replaced by onion/tomatoes/green pepper or other vegetables according to your list.
